Mad Mex Burrito Day

Let’s make a difference together! Join the John Purchase Public School P&C for a delicious community fundraising event at MAD MEX Cherrybrook Village.
For every regular or naked burrito sold, $1 is donated to help upgrade our school and renew the outdoor learning environment.
Father's Day Stall
📍 JPPS Annex 🕐 All Day
Mirroring the success of our Mother’s Day Stall, the Father’s Day Stall gives every student the chance to choose a thoughtful gift for their dad or a special person in their life. Students browse a selection of curated gift items throughout the school day in a fun and relaxed setting. It’s a simple gesture that means the world to the families involved — and a wonderful reflection of our school community’s values.
Father's Day Breakfast
📍 JPPS Annex 🕐 7.30am – 8.45am
Celebrate Father’s Day with a special breakfast at school to honour the amazing dads, grandfathers, and father figures in our community.
Here’s what we are working towards:
- Delicious Food: Enjoy fresh bacon and egg rolls!
- Hot Drinks: Fresh coffee and tea will be available for all adults.
- Quality Time: Connect with your kids and meet other school families.
- Fun Memories: Kids activity, Cherrybrook RFS (subject to availability), JPPS Band
EVENT NEWS
JPPS P&C is now a Return and Earn partner!
July 2026
Great news — our P&C has officially become a Return and Earn donation partner, which means our school community can now turn eligible drink containers into funds for John Purchase Public School, with all proceeds going towards building improvements.
It’s simple: next time you’re at a Return and Earn machine or collection point, select the donate option and scan our code below.
You can also set JPPS P&C as your default charity in the Return and Earn app or at participating machines, so every container you return donates automatically — no need to scan the code each time!
Every container counts, so get the whole family involved, and feel free to spread the word to friends, neighbours, and local businesses too.

School Canteen
Healthy and affordable lunches available daily. Our canteen is run by dedicated volunteers and offers online ordering through Flexischools.
The Uniform Shop
New and second-hand uniforms available at great prices. Located on school grounds.
Shop opening hours : 8.30-9:30 every Mon, Wed and Fri during school days.
Fundraising & Events
From celebrating our mother’s and father’s day, to fun discos and movie nights, our events raise vital funds for school facilities while building an amazing sense of community.
P&C Meetings
All parents and carers are welcome. Come along, ask questions, or just listen.
